(1) The safety procedures before the use of lifting platform

①Fixed scissor lift platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform), carefully check the hydraulic and electrical systems before use, no leakage or bare phenomenon before use.

②The load of the platform should be as far as possible in the center of the work table, overload operations are strictly prohibited.

③Before lifting, the active doors at both ends of the guardrail must be closed firmly and inserted into the pins.

④Operating platform, when the need to rise, directly press the up button, the platform can rise, when it rises to the second floor level, automatically stop; when the need to fall, directly press the down button, the platform can fall, when down to the lowest position, the solenoid valve to fall also automatically stop working. To stop in the lifting process, just tap the stop button, the platform can stop lifting.

⑤During the lifting and lowering of the platform, or when it stops at a certain high level, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the table.

⑥The platform in the lifting process is strictly prohibited all personnel climbing, if you need to repair, should first cut off the power, the table top firm before proceeding.

⑦The hydraulic valve is strictly forbidden to adjust privately.

⑧Joint pins, bearings and rollers should be regularly filled with grease to ensure lubrication.

(2) Precautions in using the lifting platform

①Not allowed to work with electricity on the lifting platform.

②No safety guardrail lifting platform is not allowed to carry people.

③In the operation of the lifting platform, not allowed to move the lifting platform.

④Overload use is strictly prohibited, in special circumstances, no overload more than 10%.

⑤If in the process of use, lifting platform working pressure is too high or abnormal sound, should stop to check, to avoid accidents or damage to the machine.

(3)The maintenance method

①Not professional and technical personnel is not allowed to adjust the relief valve at will.Because each component of the hydraulic system is working under the specified pressure, if you adjust the relief valve at will,which may lead to the hydraulic system to produce abnormal operation, to people, machines and things will cause unnecessary damage.

②If you want to carry out maintenance work under the lifting platform table, pay attention to lifting platform work platform, to prevent the lifting platform suddenly fall, resulting in personnel accidents.

③Between the moving elements to be filled with lubricant from time to time, can extend the service life of the bearings.

④To regularly check the hydraulic oil oil quality and oil level, the oil level is at the standard level of the manual, check whether the oil quality is dark, whether there is debris, etc.; not electrical professional and technical personnel, not allowed to arbitrarily disassemble the power supply electrical, stop preventing the generation of misconnection to make abnormal work or leakage;.

⑤Unloading any part of the hydraulic system before use, to unload the pressure, so as to avoid the pressure oil sprayed, lifting platform suddenly slide.

8. Common failure problems and countermeasures

(1)The hydraulic oil of the lifting platform is not clean. Replace the clean hydraulic oil, clean the filter and oil tank.

(2)The amount of hydraulic oil in the tank is not enough. Add hydraulic oil, add to more than 2/3 of the full tank.

(3)Hydraulic oil pipe leakage. Mainly hydraulic pipe damage or hydraulic oil pipe joint sealing is not tight, should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner to eliminate oil leakage.

(4) Hydraulic oil pump wear, seals are not sealed. Should repair or replace the damaged hydraulic oil pump and seals.

(5)There is air in the oil circuit. After the oil tank for oil or hydraulic oil volume is insufficient, the oil circuit into the air, resulting in the cutting table can not hang, and it need to remove the air. Exhaust method: loosen the nut of the hydraulic pump outlet and the nut of the cutting platform hanging down cylinder inlet by two turns, start the engine, make the hydraulic pump work, observe the oil overflowing from the hydraulic pump outlet.If there is no bubble, tighten the nut, then manipulate the lifting handle to lift the cutting platform, when the cutting platform is lifted to the highest and lowest two limit positions, the hydraulic oil overflowing from the cylinder inlet nut is no bubble, tighten the nut Tighten the nut. Note that when tightening the nut, the engine should be turned off and stopped to ensure the safety of personnel.

(6) Lifting platform cylinder or oil seal wear damage. Check the wear and damage of the cylinder and oil seal, replace or repair.

(7) The safety valve (relief valve) is not working properly. After using for a period of time, the safety valve is closed small and tight, and the regulating spring is deformed. Hydraulic oil pressure decreases, resulting in the cutting platform can not hang or lift hanging slow. At this time need to be adjusted, the method is: after starting the engine, make the engine running at medium speed, hang down the handle to the rising position, loosen the safety valve lock nut, then loosen the adjusting bolt, so that the cutter completely down to the lowest position, and then slowly re-tighten the adjusting bolt, until the cutter just smoothly lift, at this time the pressure adjusted to the best pressure in the hydraulic system. If the pressure is too high, it will cause the oil to heat up and the gear oil pump will be damaged due to overload; if the pressure is too low, the cutting platform cannot be hung up smoothly. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.

(8) The oil cylinder is a two-way oil cylinder and the working mode is telescopic

movement.

(9) Hydraulic protection: equipped with safety explosion-proof valve to prevent the oil pipe from bursting, to ensure the safe and stable work of the lifting platform.

(10) Power failure protection: equipped with a special pump station for power failure, the pump station contains a solenoid valve. After the power failure, the solenoid valve does not work, the lifting platform maintains the state before the power failure, does not rise or fall. Pump station has a manual down bolt, loosen the bolt, the hydraulic oil back down lifting platform down on its own.
